How to move TheBetEngine from one computer to another

Both your settings and your betting history are stored locally on your computer, so moving TheBetEngine from one computer to another involves two steps:
1. Installing TheBetEngine on the new computer
2. Moving the settings/betting history to the new computer

If you are not bothered about your settings/betting history and are happy to set up things again from scratch, then you need only follow step 1.

1. Installing TheBetEngine on a new computer
i. Download the latest version of TheBetEngine from the downloads page on the web site - http://www.thebetengine.co.uk./downloads.htm (make sure you select the installer that INCLUDES the database).
ii. When downloaded, double click the installer and install TheBetEngine to the default folder.

2. Moving the settings/betting history to the new computer
i. On the old computer, go to the folder containing TheBetEngine - by default, this is C:\BetDynamics\TheBetEngine
ii. Locate the two files called TheBetEngine.cfg and TheBetEngine.mdb (if you cannot see the file extensions [like .cfg and .mdb] then you will need to turn on Show File Extensions in the Folder Options within Windows.

If you are moving the files between two PC's that are NOT connected by a network, then:
iii. Copy the two files to a memory stick (USB stick).
iv. On the new computer, insert the memory stick and copy the two files (TheBetEngine.cfg and TheBetEngine.mdb) to the C:\BetDynamics\TheBetEngine folder.

If you are moving the files between two PC's that ARE connected by a network (or between a PC and VPS), then:
iii. Copy the two files via the network to the C:\BetDynamics\TheBetEngine folder on the target machine
