Don't await result when next stake is already known, regardless of win or loss
Some staking plans (eg XYZ and LP28) can have several 1-unit stakes at the start of a sequence, before it eventually increases. However, TBE always awaits the outcome of one bet before placing the next one. This means that bets are often missed unnecessarily, especially on Saturdays, when the races come thick and fast.
TBE's intelligence could be enhanced by having it compare the hypothetical next stakes following a win and a loss. When they are the same, then there is no need to wait for the last result.
Only when 'the number of outstanding results equals or exceeds the number of notches into the sequence which could potentially necessitate a change of stake' would TBE need to hang fire.
